When I work at the shop, I usually gobble something quick for lunch when I have 2 seconds...
Lately I've been on a Miso Soup/whatever is in the fridge kick.
Miso with bok choy, mushrooms and scallions.
My favorite brand is by Sushi Chef
(I make the soup piping-hot, add veggies and let them sit in the broth for about 5 minutes)
