I really like Moroccan flavors.
A few weeks ago my mom made Moroccan food for a dinner party and
I was the lucky recipient of lunch leftovers at the shop.
I just read this post about Moroccan Mint Roasted Veggies
and they are definitely on the 'to-make' list.
(Mom's Moroccan stew with chickpeas, chicken, olives, potatoes, tomato, lemon and tons of yummy spices)
