This is a dessert for someone with a serious sweet-tooth ... they are so over the top in the sweet department, but they are yummy (and Eric's favorite).
This recipe came from Eric's aunt, but there are similar recipes all over the web too.
1 stick butter
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
1 cup shredded coconut
Place butter in 13 x 9” pan and melt in oven.
Swirl to coat bottom and sides with butter. Spread crumbs evenly over bottom of
pan. Layer chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and nuts over crumbs. Pour condensed
milk over nuts. Sprinkle coconut over condensed milk.
Bake @ 350 for 25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into
squares.
